Previous to Sales Empowerment Group, Gregg was a Senior Account Executive at Ifbyphone, an Inc. 500 software company where he was ranked as #1 in new business. Prior to Ifbyphone, Gregg was a National Account Manager at Schwarz Supply Source, where he was responsible for the start-up of a new packaging division. Within three years, Gregg obtained two of the industry’s largest three accounts, was ranked #1 in sales in his division, and personally grew sales from $0 to over $3 million. Prior to being employed at Schwarz Supply Source, Gregg held various positions, ranging from direct marketing to working for a competing packaging company, where, within two years, he played a significant role in doubling his division’s sales.
Gregg has received a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University with a major in Organizational Behavior Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship. He is also a Cum Laude MBA graduate from Case Western Reserve University, Weatherhead School of Management, where he double majored in Management and Entrepreneurship.
Joe started his sales career working in corporate America in San Francisco, before transitioning to work in commodity sales. From 2006-2009 Joe worked as a commodity broker and was #1 in the company leading 100+ brokers in opening new accounts. He has put in long hours making 1,000+ cold calls a week and has refined his sales process, networking skills, and sales abilities through continued practice, ongoing learning, and mentorship.
Joe has spent most of the last decade successfully advising and helping startup companies increase sales in Chicago, LA, and Madison, WI.
In 2013, he started and ran 100state, an incubator and co-working space for startups, where he helped numerous startups and VC back companies grow sales and scale their organizations. Joe was named to Madison Magazine’s M-List, Madison’s A-list of people to know in 2013. Today 100state houses over 300 people and nearly 50 different businesses.
Joe is an avid reader and almost always has at least one sales book on his nightstand, so if you need or want a good book recommendation, Joe is a great person to ask!
Joe graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison – School of Business. with degrees in finance, investments, and banking; and real estate and is a regular speaker and guest lecturer at the UW-Madison School of Business.
Prior to joining Right Choice Resources, Ben enjoyed great success selling international logistics solutions, regularly surpassing sales quota and often recognized as one of his company’s top performers, ranking #5 out of 128 company sales reps.
After his experience selling international trade compliance and freight forwarding services, Ben was recruited to facilitate the startup of a domestic logistics franchise in the Providence, Rhode Island and greater Boston metro area. Although he and his business partners experienced exponential growth in a short period of time, he couldn’t pass up the opportunity to join Right Choice Resources.
Ben graduated with a degree in Communications from the University at Buffalo, earning High Distinction and Honors with a 3.7 GPA. He also attended Miami University of Ohio, where he was a member of Sigma Nu Faternity and called the Men’s Ice Hockey games for Miami Student Radio.
A native of Buffalo NY, Ben is a passionate Bills and Sabres fan, and also enjoys live music, exercising, and the great outdoors.
