Prior to recruiting, Gregg was a Senior Account Executive at Ifbyphone, an Inc. 500 software company where he was ranked as #1 in new business. Gregg was a top sales performer at Schwarz Supply Source, where he was responsible for the start-up of a new packaging division. Within three years, Gregg obtained two of the industry’s largest three accounts, was ranked #1 in sales in his division, and personally grew sales from $0 to over $3 million. Gregg has also held additional positions, ranging from direct marketing to working for a competing packaging company, where, within two years, he played a significant role in doubling his division’s sales.
Gregg has received a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University with a major in Organizational Behavior Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship. He is also a Cum Laude MBA graduate from Case Western Reserve University, Weatherhead School of Management, where he double majored in Management and Entrepreneurship.
Prior to joining Right Choice Resources, Ben enjoyed great success selling international logistics solutions, regularly surpassing sales quota and often recognized as one of his company’s top performers, ranking #5 out of 128 company sales reps.
After his experience selling international trade compliance and freight forwarding services, Ben was recruited to facilitate the startup of a domestic logistics franchise in the Providence, Rhode Island and greater Boston metro area. Although he and his business partners experienced exponential growth in a short period of time, he couldn’t pass up the opportunity to join Right Choice Resources.
Ben graduated with a degree in Communications from the University at Buffalo, earning High Distinction and Honors with a 3.7 GPA. He also attended Miami University of Ohio, where he was a member of Sigma Nu Faternity and called the Men’s Ice Hockey games for Miami Student Radio.
A native of Buffalo NY, Ben is a passionate Bills and Sabres fan, and also enjoys live music, exercising, and the great outdoors.
Taylor comes from the health and fitness industry, in which he has worked for 2 of the worlds largest and most recognized organizations. During his tenure, he had national recognition for both his sales training and employee on-boarding, which he did on a regional level. Some of his accomplishments include a turn around of 400% year over year revenue growth, a new studio opening which broke a record for revenue at the time of grand opening, and having an integral part of rolling out the national employee on-boarding and certification process for a $1.3 billion dollar fitness company.
Taylor is also a founding member, and volunteer representative on the board of directors for LEADZ Networking of Naperville, which focuses on giving back to the community, while driving B2B opportunities within our network.
Taylor earned his Bachelors degree from Illinois State University in Management Studies and Quantitative Methods with a focus on Organizational Leadership. This aligns strongly with his passion of helping people grow, and advance in their careers.
When Taylor isn’t working, you can catch him lifting weights, attempting yoga, watching sports, or shanking golf balls into the water, sand pits, and anywhere besides the green.
