Account Executive

One of our clients in Lisle, IL is looking for an Account Executive.

The base salary is up to $90,000 with a total of $180,000 and uncapped commissions.

The company sells a mobile software to mid to enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex sales cycles
  • Identify prospects and take them from prospect to close
  • Create relationships with C-Level decision makers
  • Exceed monthly goals
  • Utilize social selling skills to engage prospects
  • Record activity in Salesforce

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of sales experience in B2B sales experience
  • 3+ years of software sales experience
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Salesforce experience a plus

IT Staffing Account Manager

One of our clients, who is a fast growing IT staffing company is looking to hire multiple Accounts Manager.

The base salary is $70,000-$85,000 plus commissions and we’ve seen Account Managers make as much as $200,00+ in the first year.

You will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for prospecting new business leads and growing existing business relationships.

Another part of your job is to partner with recruiters to ensure top candidates are presented to help clients solve their business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly contact existing clients so that you are top of mind when they have IT requisitions to fill
  • Map the organizational structure of current customers to optimize revenue generation
  • Upsell current departments as well as network yourself into new departments
  • Work closely with recruiting team to ensure strong candidates are being presented.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years in IT staffing, ideally in sales or account management
  • Strong track record of success
  • Process oriented
  • Strong communication and writing skills
