Gregg Salkovitch

Prior to recruiting, Gregg was a Senior Account Executive at Ifbyphone, an Inc. 500 software company where he was ranked as #1 in new business.
Gregg was a top sales performer at Schwarz Supply Source, where he was responsible for the start-up of a new packaging division.
Within three years, Gregg obtained two of the industry’s largest three accounts, was ranked #1 in sales in his division, and personally grew sales from $0 to over $3 million. Gregg has also held additional positions, ranging from direct marketing to working for a competing packaging company, where, within two years, he played a significant role in doubling his division’s sales.
Gregg has received a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University with a major in Organizational Behavior Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship. He is also a Cum Laude MBA graduate from Case Western Reserve University, Weatherhead School of Management, where he double majored in Management and Entrepreneurship.

Barry Saltzman

As a hands-on leader throughout his career, Barry has experience in both public and private global companies, including Technology Products and Services, Professional Services, Digital Marketing, and Distribution. He has turned around a $60M business, grew a large IT services business from $35M to over $200M, and managed a $535M P&L with 1,500+ employees in a public company’s services division.

Kristina Meyer

Kristina previously worked as an Account Executive for an advertising company. The sales process she adapted made her constantly hungry for the next deal. Through her work, she found a real passion for helping others and building strong relationships with her clients. Driven by those around her, she takes pride in providing the best service possible.
Prior to advertising, she held several roles in the fashion retail space, allowing her to develop strong sales and relationship skills. Learning all aspects of the business was key to her sales success.
Kristina is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a BA in Business Marketing. She was the President of her sorority in which she won an award for PHC President of the Year.
When she’s not working, you can find Kristina ordering take-out with her boyfriend and binging the latest Netflix true-crime show. She’s at her happiest when the sun is shining, reality tv is on, and has a Dunkin’ iced tea!

Toddy MacDonald

Following my time in the classroom, I transitioned into the startup world as a Sales Executive, where I refined my sales acumen, strengthened my ability to listen to client needs, and built meaningful connections that drove results. This blend of educational and sales experience now shapes my approach to recruitment, allowing me to collaborate effectively with both clients and candidates to ensure the right fit for both sides.
Whether sourcing top-tier candidates or partnering with hiring managers to build dynamic teams, my goal remains the same: to provide a seamless, personalized experience that leads to lasting success for both organizations and individuals.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children, embracing family life and creating lasting memories. I believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, which keeps me energized and focused in both my professional and personal endeavors.

Susan Salkovitch

Susan attended Harrington Institute of Interior Design, where her love of art, attention to detail and overall creativity were able to flourish.
Outside of work, she spends the majority of her time with her Golden Retriever, Waffles. Susan also loves a good dance party, even if it is by herself in her living room, exploring new restaurants in the city, and arts and crafts projects.

Grace Sharratt

Grace previously worked as a Project Manager on the ground level for MudCity, a rapid growing sales and operations agency helping companies scale their revenue organizations. The organization skills and sales aspects she was responsible for, made her eager to help their next client. Grace worked as a New Business Development Representative for Jellyvision, one of the fastest growing software companies in the country.
Prior to joining software sales, Grace was a Recruiter for a large recruiting firm in downtown Chicago. She learned through her work that she has a passion for helping others reach their highest potential and was motivated by her teammates to go the extra mile.
Grace studied Therapeutic Recreation at Winona State University in Minnesota.
She discovered her passion for helping others at a very young age through volunteering and working with children and adults having various disabilities. Grace has been able to carry that passion throughout her career bringing success to her team and clients.
After living in Chicago and Colorado, Grace relocated to Nashville with her husband and kitty where they have adopted a new furry pup. When she is not working you can find her hiking new trails or visiting breweries around the town.

In addition, he demonstrates that persistence pays off by quickly learning that he gets what he wants by giving a light but persistent nudge.
