One of our clients in Columbus is seeking a Landscaping Branch Manager.

The base salary is $50,000-$70,000 plus a $5,000 bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, fire and train all employees including sales, purchasing, drivers, etc.
• Coach and communicate with executives and employees regularly.
• Train team and in many cases, work closely with key customers.
• Manage administrative and operational functions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Proven track record of results.
• Landscaping or construction experience is a plus.
• Must be willing to be in the field daily.
• Highly organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word. You will need to know how to use these on a daily.
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Not afraid to get in the trenches.
