Enterprise Account Executive – Banks & Credit Unions
Our client is looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive as they continue to expand. This is an individual contributor role.
The base salary is up to $125,000 with total earnings of $250,000.
You must have experience calling into banks and/or credit unions.
The individual will be directly responsible for sales activities and customer acquisition in this position. This role combines the roles of a builder and a doer, with the expectation and potential for growth into a leadership position. We are seeking a Director of Sales who thrives on building and selling, continuously iterating to help create a company that delivers meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and execute an enterprise territory plan that includes educating the market about the value of our unique and impactful products.
- Take ownership of the sales process and work towards constant improvement, resulting in increased revenue and efficiency, while also providing accurate forecasting.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from sourcing and qualification to negotiation and closure, and support the team in achieving the same.
- Collaborate across departments, working closely with partner acquisition, marketing, and customer success teams to coordinate efforts aimed at acquiring new customers.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in selling technology to Community Banks and/or Credit Unions, either through direct sales or sales channels.
- Demonstrated success in managing the full sales lifecycle, from inception to completion, and the ability to articulate your accomplishments in this regard.
- Approach sales with a process-driven and metrics-oriented mindset, utilizing tools like HubSpot and others to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
- Strong communication skills and a penchant for cross-functional collaboration, particularly in entrepreneurial, high-growth environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the capability to introduce structure for both yourself and the sales team, facilitating the execution of a repeatable and scalable sales process.
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to cultivate meaningful relationships, even at the executive level. Prioritize understanding before taking strategic action.
