We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Healthcare Software Account Executive to join our client’s dynamic team.

The company sells a unique software, primarily to orthopedist offices.

This is a work from home role (must be in Texas).

The base salary is $60,000-$80,000 with on target earnings of $125,000-$150,000.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting sales outreach and prospecting to identify potential clients.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Presenting our products/services and tailoring solutions to meet clients’ needs.
• Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in software sales.
• Medical software sales is a plus but not required.
• 1+ years in outside/field sales.
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
