Welcome to the Senior Account Executive role at one of our fastest growing software clients, who is continuing to grow in Chicago, Denver and Indianapolis. Those in Chicago will work from home and those in Denver and Indianapois will work in the local office.
The base salary will be $40,000-$70,000 and $100,000-$150,000 total with commissions.
There is about 10-20% local travel.
Over 50% of your appointments will be set for you by the business development team.
The learning software needs of progressive companies have shifted from centralized, compliance-based training technology to a modern, team-oriented learning solution where speed-to-market and speed-to-impact is essential in order to meet business demands.
- 2-5 years experience in sales, ideally with software
- Record of surpassing quota
- 5+ years experience in software sales, preferably with SaaS products
- Capability in developing a sustained pipeline through active prospecting
- Ability to take prospects through the entire sales cycle, while handling objections and articulating value to multiple stakeholders
- Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Interest and ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
