One of our clients in Minneapolis is looking to hire a Senior Account Executive for their fast-growing HR/benefits software.
The base salary is $100,000-$125,000 with a total compensation of $200,000-$250,000.
80% of your appointments will be set for you.
- Close new business accounts (80% of appointments will be set for you)
- Pursue new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting
- Offer guidance and recommendations to prospects
- Executes sales strategy, identify new leads, and generate sales reports
- Work independently and as a team. You’ll primarily work with Account Managers and the VP of Sales
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5+ years of software demoing experience and proven record of success
- 3+ years in outside sales
- Experience selling HR software or anything related to health benefits or healthcare is a big plus
- Ability to commute to Minneapolis daily
