The base salary is $75,000 and $105,000 total in the first year with uncapped residuals and benefits. They have amazing residuals and the top earners of this company are making 7 figures.
Benefits start on day 1, there are 19 days of paid time off and 8 paid holidays, 401k, medical, dental and vision insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

What Will You Be Doing?
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will identify opportunities and sell solutions, in a very consultative manner. You will be responsible for selling HR solutions to small to medium-sized businesses.
There is no cap on commissions or territory restrictions, although we don’t expect you to be doing any overnight travelings. You’ll also receive incredible training at the corporate headquarters.
- Call on business owners and CEOs of small to mid-sizes businesses
- Closed new client contracts
- Travel throughout the territory and be in the field daily
- Exceed all metrics and sales numbers
What We’re Seeking:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years B2B experience in outside sales
- Record of surpassing quota
- Ability to network to find new business
- Strong networker
- Consultative salesperson that knows how to ask question
