Our client, who is located in the Downers Grove area is looking to hire a Technical Recruiter.
The base salary is $47,000-$50,000 and first year earnings typically range from $70,000-$100,000.
They have been featured on the Inc. 5000 for fastest growing companies for 3 years and have also won multiple awards for staffing and talent acquisition.
The company is an industry leader in the Technical, Engineering, and IT Staffing world, specializing in direct hire, and contract positions.
Many of their clients include major industry players in the following industries: Aviation, Automotive, Telecom/Communications, Med-Device, Industrial Electronics and Consumer Electronics.
There are several paths toward an upward career trajectory, including management.
Preferred Background and Skills:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in IT, engineering or similar
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Individuals with a “self-started” and self-motivated mentality
- Willingness to learn high level technical requirements of positions
- Excellent Communications skills, both written,on the phone, and in-person
