One of our clients in the downtown/River North area is seeking an Inside Account Executive for their rapidly growing software company.
The majority of your leads will be warm but there will be some prospecting and cold calling.
The base salary is $50,000-$70,000 plus an additional $20,000 in commissions, which are uncapped.
- Close sales via phone, email, and instant messaging, from warm leads and prospecting cold calling.
- Conduct phone consultations with clients advising them on the ROI.
- Maintain the company’s positive image by being upbeat and consultative.
- Keep detailed records of your sales activity through the company’s CRM.
- 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in software.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Ability to listen and customer objectives and provide recommendations in a consultative manner.
- Experience working with technology and a CRM.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience selling to more senior-level decision-makers.
- Experience selling software, financial products, or insurance.
