One of our clients in the Chicago West Loop, which has been named one of the most promising software companies in the country is looking to hire at least 2 Inside Sales Representatives.

The base salary is $40,000-$60,000, which may be negotiable based on experience and $80,000-$100,000 total with commissions.

The company recently completed a large round of funding, our company is thriving and looking to grow rapidly.

Your focus will be on new business and cold calling small businesses.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to be  resourceful  in a start-up type environment
  • Willingness to cold call on a daily basis
  • Proven track record of  sales success
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to show attention to detail, as well as effectively prioritize
  • Self-starter
  • Teamwork mentality
  • Resilient

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 2-3 years  in an inside sales B2B new business development role
  • Ability to prospect and close new business
  • Previous experience in software is preferred
  • Coachable
  • Interested in the internet, software, social media and mobile platforms
  • Worked with a CRM, ideally Salesforce
