One of our clients in Roselle, IL is looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative.

The base salary is $40,000-$50,000 plus commissions.

 

Job Description:

Our client is a large and growing distributor of equipment, chemicals, and supplies to professional contractors is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in our Restoration Division.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Calling Fire and Water Restoration companies to sell via phone/email and reactivate accounts
  • Discuss with discussion makers, business owners, and contractors to sell, educate, and promote products, services and education
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to manage leads, opportunities, and activities
  • Respond to sales inquiries via phone and/or email
  • Consultative sales approach to partner with customers
  • Aim for consistent, quarterly revenue growth by actively managing leads
  • Manage accounts by clear communication and problem solving
  • Make 100+ Outbound calls daily to target customers and prospect sales opportunities
  • Work with internal departments to proactively manage work flow and customer requests

 

Successful Candidates Possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1 year successful inside sales experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven sales skills
  • Experience phone sales experience a plus
  • Ability to ask probing questions and close a sale
  • Strong task management and organizational skills
  • Sense of urgency in learning new trends and products, as well as timely follow up
  • Restoration industry experience preferred
