One of our clients in the Chicago Loop is seeking a Director of Sales.
This is a very fun product that is in the sports industry. The company has been around for 10+ years and has primarily grown through their reputation of being a premium brand. However, they are looking for somebody who can start and grow their inside sales team. As of today, they don’t have anybody working in inside sales so this would be an entrepreneurial opportunity.
The base salary will be $100,000-$150,000 plus bonuses.
- Create a strategy for the division.
- Implement goals and metrics.
- Hire, train an and manage 5+ inside sales representatives in the next 12 months.
- Ability to sell while you’re ramping up the team.
