One of our clients in downtown Chicago is seeking a Commerical Real Estate Account Executive.
The base salary is $50,000-$60,000 and $100,000 total with uncapped commissions and stock options.
Are you a highly ambitious, honest, and technically savvy BDR or Account Executive who is excited to make a meaningful impact at a growing software startup?
Your focus will on calling on C-suite executives of small real-estate investment companies and selling them on the company’s proprietary software.
- Drive sales:
- Cold call and close business (there will be some inbound leads too)
- Responsible for using the company’s CRM software to input prospect information
- Manage your pipeline, run forecasting, and KPI reporting
- Become an expert on real estate capital raising, investor relations, and reporting
- Attend trade shows
- Acquire industry knowledge and insights related to trends, software and competitors
- Work collaboratively with product and customer success
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, ideally in commercial real estate of software
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to be concise
- Executive presence
- High empathy
- Self-starter who is excited to be a part of a fast growing startup
- Demonstrated record of exceeding quota
- Analytical and inquisitive
- Experience with CRM is a plus
