One of our clients, who is looking to add an Account Manager to their team.
This individual will ideally reside in Miami but can live in any major US city.
The base salary is up to $100,000 plus an additional $50,000 in bonuses.
You MUST have enterprise software experience and ideally, a background in supply chain, ecomm or logistics software, although it’s not required.
In addition, you MUST be bilingual in English and Spaninsh.
- Manage life cycle to ensure strategic goals are met and maintained.
- Ensure metrics are exceeded and maintained including but not limited to delivery and customer satisfaction scores.
- Manage all discussions including but not limited to renewals.
- Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure client needs are exceeded through exceptional service.
- Support the development of the long-term vision and strategy for the team, while leading and providing mentorship.
Qualifications And Preferred Skills:
- 3-5 years of consulting, project management or solutions experience.
- Experience leading sales, customer success and operations for a software company.
- Software, platform solutions or logistics experience required.
- Bilingual candidates highly preferred (English and Spanish or Portuguese).
- Ability to build executive-level relationships.
- Ability to work with engineering to drive product improvements.
- Demonstrated passion and ability to understand and support business strategies and growth.
