One of our clients is one of the fastest-growing software companies in Lisle is looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive.
The base salary is up to $100,000 plus $100,000 in commissions for a total compensation of $200,000.
We are looking for somebody with 3-5+ years of sales experience. The company is looking for somebody who wants to work at a fast-paced technology organization, is passionate about sales, and is looking for the opportunity of advancement.
The Enterprise Account Executive focuses on large businesses and works with the Enterprise Account Executives to close deals.
- Manage complex sales-cycles with the goal of moving them through the sales process
- Create business opportunities in conjunction with the sales and marketing strategy
- Execute sales plans within an assigned sales territory
- Identify prospects that can move through a sales process to close
- Maintain credibility and relationships with decision-makers who do not show a current interest
- Generate and secure new sales revenue by prospecting and securing new customers
- Meet monthly goal which is detailed in compensation plan
- Utilize social-selling techniques to engage prospects
- Documents activity in Salesforce
- 3-5+ years of successful sales hunting experience
- Must have a passion to be in sales long-term
- Demonstrate persistence and accountability
