One of our clients is looking to hire a Post-Acute Healthcare Account Manager in Chicago or Kansas City.

The base salary is up to $90,000 and $180,000 total.

This will be a work from home position.

Reporting to the CRO, you will be responsible for planning and performing all sales activities in an assigned territory. Current emphasis is on performing the sales efforts while assisting with account management and market direction.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed sales plan by upselling of current clients
  • Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with key decision markers
  • Maintain complete knowledge of  long-term objectives and purchase plans
  •  Become familiar with all aspects of the software platform
  • Plan and prepare for trade shows
  • Generate leads for selling opportunities
  • Prepare proposals as well as analyze and prepare pricing
  • Perform demos
  • Research market trends
  • Gather and assess enhancement ideas from customers and prospects
  • Perform research related to home care operational issues, new technologies, and competitor functionality

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of selling a software or service into the medical industrial (ideally post-acute)

  • 25% travel

The base salary is up to $125,000 with total earnings of $175,000-$200,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow and maintain relationships with channel partners, which are F500 companies.
  • Identify partner requirements and coordinate resources to fulfill them.

One of our clients is one of the fastest growing software companies in Chicago West Loop is looking to hire Business Development Representatives.

The base salary is up to $45,000-$50,000 plus $15,000-$20,000 in commissions.

One of our software clients in downtown Chicago and the NYC area is looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive.

The base salary is $120,000 with first year earnings of $175,000.  There are also amazing perks and awards, including President’s Club vacations and the ability to win and dine clients.  We’ve seen salespeople make $500,000+ but that is not common in the first year.

The average tenure of an Enterprise Account Executive is 8 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Design a strategy plan within the first 30 days.
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Create an effective sales process.
  • Establish relationships with C-Level Executives of your named accounts.
  • Cold call/email new accounts.
  • Manage and upsell accounts (you will manage accounts after you close them).

The base salary is up to $100,000 plus bonuses and stock options.

Inside Sales Representative (NO COLD CALLING)

One of our clients in the health insurance industry is looking to hire Inside Sales Representative for their Chicago Loop location.

There is NO COLD CALLING and they are open to entry-level graduates. All calls will be inbound (phone rings and you pick it up).

The base salary is approximately $40,000. We typically see first year employees making $70,000-$100,000.

I know most people think, “What’s the catch?” We’ve already placed candidates at the company. The “catch” is they’re extremely selective and you will be on the phone a lot with individuals (this is a B2C sales, not a B2B). If you don’t like being on the phone, this is not going to be the right job for you.

Government Enterprise Account Executive

One of our clients, who sells a software that improves the efficiency of government processes is seeking a Enterprise Account Executive.

The base salary is up to $110,000 and with commissions, the total is $220,000. Commissions are uncapped and 40% of your appointments will be set for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and close sales opportunities with local government agencies, including enterprise level agreements.
  •  Understand complex customer requirements with the public.
  •  Create and deliver presentations.
  • Teach client about market trends and challenges in the market.
  • Manage internal resources such as sales support, marketing, and solutions consultants to present a compelling case to prospects.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage all aspects sales in the assigned territory including prospecting, activity tracking, opportunities, forecasting, management of contracts and closed deals.
  • Pursue leads generated by on your own and our inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
  • Develop strategy.
  • Document all activities in Salesforce.
  • Write and present quarterly business reviews.
  • No overnight travel required but you will be reporting to an office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ selling to local government, city, and/or county required.
  • 3+ years experience selling enterprise software, ERP, software, marketing/communications technology, or marketing services.
  • Track record of closing 6 figure deals.
  • Passion for government/public sector.
  • Demonstrated experience selling through partners, resellers and/or integrators is a plus.
  •  5+ years field sales experience in IT, software and/or subscription model is preferred.
